We are a design and consulting company that has been advising and supporting investors, property owners and developers, as well as designers and contractors in the field of energy efficiency in buildings for 13 years.
ENERGY CONCEPT bases its work on a multidisciplinary engineering approach – from the planning phase, defining the target quality level of buildings and the strategy to achieve it, through the implementation of design solutions and verification of construction quality, to portfolio certification and long-term consulting during the exploitation of the building.
